Tori's Pretty Nails - Bite Me

Ya know, sometimes a gal is just too busy for nail art!

Take last weekend, for example. I had every intention of painting something really cute! When push came to shove other things, like packing and getting my workout in (#priorities), took a higher role on my to-do list.

So all I really had time for was a solid coat of color. Of course, only one color came to mind to kick off these summer mani's :).

What is it about hot pink nails that just gives so many of us gals all the heart eyes?!

I tried so hard to make sure the polish color in these photos was as close to accurate as possible. The struggle is so real to accurately photograph any neon polish. (I know you fellow polish bloggers and 'grammers know what I'm talking about!)

When I googled Bite Me, I noticed most of the swatches just didn't match what my eyes were seeing. So while my skin color mayyyy be a little off in these photos, the polish color is about 90% right.

I still think it's a bit brighter and warmer in person, but this is the closest to accurate that I've seen!

As for the formula, if you don't already have a hot pink that you're head over heels with, then Bite Me is definitely a worthy addition.

What you're seeing here was two easy coats of color, on top of my favorite Essie base coat and under my favorite fast-drying top coat.

Is it the most unique color in the world? No.

But does it totally satisfy that hot pink itch so many of us get for our summer mani's and pedi's? Totally!
