Tori's Pretty Noms - The Best Pizza in Toronto

The Eats:

I'll admit it.

I'm Pizza-spoiled.

Growing up in NJ and then moving to Manhattan, Pizza was just a way of life.

If my Friday night didn't include a large Plain pie ("A lovely cheese pizza just for me"), a cozy blanket and a relaxing spot on my couch? Then check this gal for a fever!

(In fact, this was such a habit that B banned Friday night pizza for about three months because he was so sick of it lol.)

When we made the move to Toronto, I knew that also meant a bit of sadness in my New-York -Pizza-loving heart.

So I hunted and tested these past few months to find a delicious equivalent. (I mean, it's a tough job but someone has to do it, right?)

And I think I've found it with Pizzeria Libretto!

Let's be clear, this isn't the only good pizza in Toronto.

(I also love the sauce at Figo and the carbon black crust at Masseria!)

Yet, as a gal totally used to the size and texture of a New-York style pie, it's tough to make the switch to the Neapolitan style as my standard option.

Pizzeria Libretto helped to make that transition easier, though, with their quality ingredients and well-balanced proportions.

And can we just talk about that perfectly charred, bubbly crust? (Insert heart eyes!)

Pizzeria Libretto - To Go

These guys are so good that they are literally certified by Italy as just that good. (I mean, if Naples says your pizza is good then you're doing something right!)

I've  eaten their pizza to stay and I've ordered their pizza to go. In both cases, both experiences were the same.

I enjoyed delicious pizza that keeps me coming back for more :).
